There is no single way to launch a career.
The first thing you have to do is to learn to write. No one can teach you. You have to learn it on your own. And the best way to do that is to write. Sit down and write. If you can start a story, finish a story, and be happy with how that story does what you wanted it to do, you may actually be a writer. If you sell that story to someone, you're a professional writer.
So, write.
