Is there any chance of a Macintosh version of BaK?

Almost none. The code was written specifically for Intel iron and it would cost Dynamix almost as much money to port it as it did to write it from scratch. These days if you're going to go multiple platform, you've got to plan for that from the start

Dyanmix didn't support the Mac back when we did that game, and as a result they had loads of hard code that went right to Intel hardware calls. As a result the game would have cost as much to port to the Mac as to re-write it from scratch. This is why 32-bit protect/flat code is good. It's easy to port across platforms. Dynamix isn't willing to spend 1 million dollars to rewrite an old game that they have license to for only a couple more years. 7th Level, however, will have the Mac version and Playstation version out within weeks of the Windows version.
